- You have a temperature above 100.4ºF (38ºC).
- You have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, headache, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, or new loss of taste or smell.
- You have been exposed to someone in the last 14 days that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is presumptive positive.
- You or any members of your household, in the last 14 days, traveled internationally or traveled to or from an area or location which would require self-quarantine.
Fortunately, the situation in Quebec is improving. The province has now begun the gradual process of reopening and many regions will be changing alert levels soon. Montreal is currently green status.
