Coach Garen is a Gracie Barra brown belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner under prof. Demetrios Diavatopoulos.  Garen enjoys keeping fit training and has a passion for BJJ. Coach Garen loves the self-defense aspect of Jiu-Jitsu and loves empowering students.

Coach Garen is a professional in the field of Robotics and Manufacturing.  He is a husband and proud father of two children.
